The second part is where you will learn new information, techniques, and skills. You will work with your findings from the clarity section and use your strengths as a foundation for your growth.

The third section is about making your progress last. You will learn what it takes to implement new habits, how to reduce your anxiety long-term, and what it takes to stay consistent with your progress.

The process

How we coach you

As fellow autistics, we know what living in a world designed for neurotypicals means. We know that it is important for everyone to have the support of like-minded individuals. That’s why we started this coaching from autistic people, for autistic people struggling with anxiety around food.

We believe that understanding new information plays a vital role in changing behavior, habits, and beliefs. Therefore, this coaching program combines informative videos and face-to-face coaching. We have noticed that this combination has helped our clients to make the best possible progress.
